Familie (49) sucht Wohnung in Mannheim

Dear Sir / Ma`am, My name is Devinder Singh and I am writing to express my strong interest in renting your property. Currently living in Neckarau Mannheim and employed with Accenture since 2016. As my family has joined me from India, I am looking for a long-term home to move with my family ( 3 of us), and we are looking for a stable, comfortable environment. I am a responsible and respectful tenant with a steady employment contract. In my current home, I maintain an excellent relationship with my landlord and, if needed, can provide references from them. We are non-smokers and do not have any pets. I have compiled all the necessary documents, including my employment contract, salary slips, and ID copy, ready to be sent to you. Thank you for considering our application. I am available for a viewing at your earliest convenience. Best regards, Devinder Singh +49 152 525 11642 Dev123singh@gmail.com
