Family (39) seeking apartment in Essen

Hi! I am a researcher at the University of Siegen, and my husband is a researcher at the University of Duisburg-Essen. We are both university professors and civil servants from Brazil. Our academic work has brought us to Germany, and we plan to remain in the region for approximately four years. We are a family of five: two adults, two pre-teen children, and one younger child. We are looking for a long-term home in the Essen region where our family can settle and become part of the local community. We have stable and verifiable finances, with a household income in the range of €5,000–€6,000 net per month. Proof of income, employment documentation, and other supporting documents are available upon request. We are a responsible, non-smoking family seeking a peaceful place to live while also valuing a welcoming neighborhood where families feel at home. We take great care of the properties we live in and are looking for a stable, long-term tenancy rather than temporary accommodation. I am already in Germany and available for in-person viewings. My family will join me shortly, and we are actively looking for our future home. I would be pleased to visit the property and answer any questions you may have.
