Male (32) seeking apartment in Hamburg

Hi! I'm employed as a Data Manager at Beiersdorf AG and have been working there since November 2021 under a local, unlimited contract. Prior to that, I worked for six years at the Beiersdorf subsidiary in Mexico, my home country, bringing my total time with the company to almost 10 years. I am currently looking for a long-term apartment rental in Hamburg, and this one seems like the perfect option for me. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets. I also have a positive SCHUFA rating, payslips, and all necessary documentation ready should we proceed with the rental process.
