Family (52) seeking apartment in Weimar

My name is Wonyoung Kang, and I am writing to express my interest in the apartment you are offering for rent. I am 52 years old, living in Weimar with my wife and two children, aged 14 and 15. I originally come from Seoul, South Korea, and have been living in Germany for 7 years – 4 years in Hannover and the two and a half years in Weimar. I am the Managing Director of the German branch of a South Korean industrial company and have a stable income, so paying the rent fee is not an issue for us. We are a quiet, friendly, and harmonious family, do not have any pets, and value a clean and peaceful living environment. My children are currently studying in the International School Weimar (ThiS), and we are especially interested in this apartment for a good access to the school. My wife is currently taking a German language course at level A2, and our children speak both German and English. We are a well mannered family and are looking forward to becoming part of a friendly and respectful neighborhood. We would be very grateful to have the opportunity to visit and see the apartment.
